Who qualifies as a foundation customer?
Australian financial services firms who sign their contract by 30 June 2026.
I'm an individual — can I join?
Yes — but not through the enterprise tiers. Amplify AI Institute offers a separate Founding Member program for senior financial services professionals who want to be part of a curated peer community. Founding Members pay A$xxx/year locked for 3 years, with access to roundtables, in-person dinners, member-only content, and the Certified credentials and events we're building. General membership opens in 2027 at A$xxx/year.
What's your minimum contract length?
All plans are billed annually as AI is moving too quickly for this to be a one off. We offer a discount for multi year contracts.
What's the difference between Badges and getting Certified?
Badges are shareable, verifiable markers earned when a learner demonstrates a meaningful cluster of capabilities. Certified status, from Q3 2026, is proctored, time-bound and board-reportable.
How do you handle our data?
We respect data sovereignty with all learner data and submitted artefacts stored in Australian AWS. We do not use our customer data to train AI models. Full security documentation is available on request.
Is Amplify AI Institute available outside Australia?
Our content is built around the Australian regulatory context: ASIC, APRA, the Australian Privacy Principles, and sector-specific guidance. International expansion is planned for 2027.
Can we white-label the platform?
White-labelling is available at the Enterprise tier. Includes your branding, colours, custom domain, and email templates.
We need an unusual module or integration. Is that possible?
We would love to work with you on a custom module which starts at A$30k per module. Unusual integrations may require additional work, please reach out to discuss your requirements.
